Application Scope:

This single cylinder wheel press is used to fit and remove the wheels for the railway cars. With Curve recording system. It needs to reverse the axle to mount or dismount the other wheel. A high-pressure oil injection system is available for option for easy wheel dismounting.

• Mounting the wheelset wheels (colding pressing or oiling pressing both ok).
• Dismounting the wheelset wheels with lubricant holes (oiling pressing). (It requires a high-pressure oil injection pump.).
• Dismounting the wheelset wheels without lubricant holes (cold pressing).

Machine Structure and Features:

• The wheel fitting press is mainly used to mount and dismount the railway wheelsets.
• This wheel press is also widely used in mining, steel and mechanical applications for assembly and disassembly of motor bearings, bushings, rotors of electric machines and other workpieces.
• Single action cylinder to mount and dismount the wheelset.
• It requires to reverse the axle (180°) to mount or dismount the other side after one wheel operation completed.
• The wheel press mainly consists of cylinder column, movable column, rear column, support rods, chassis, caliper claws, support trolleys, hydraulic system and eletrical control system.
• With Caliper claws on the movable column to lock the movable column at the required position.
• With 2 support trolleys for axle supporting. Manually move the trolley and adjust the support height to meet the different wheelsets.
• Only to replace the pressing tool to meet the different wheelsets.
• With Siemens PLC and AdvanTech industrial PC.
• A displacement sensor at the end of the ram cylinder for detecting and displaying the displacement on the industrial PC.
• With curve recording system and can export the pressing report.
• A high-pressure oil injection pump is option for easy wheel mounting and dismounting.
