200 Tons Railway Wheelset Gear Assembly Press Vertical Design , Vertical Gear Wheel Press Machine

Application scope:
This Wheelset gear assembly press is mainly used to mount and dismount the driven gear and axle, gear and gear axle for 2nd grad of driven gearbox of EMUs, Metro, Light rail, Urban vehicles. It's of vertical type structure.

Main Features:

• The wheel gear press machine is mainly composed of machine body, gear installation movable platform, pneumatic system, press-in mechanism and its hydraulic system, mobile high-pressure oil injection system, electrical control system and protection devices.
• The machine body is of C-type structure. It's welded by good quality steel plates and carried out stress relief annealing treatment. The body is fixed onto the ground by anchor bolts. With sufficient strength and rigidity.
• Equipped with a movable working platform for placing the axle and griven gear, also for transferring these workpieces.
• Gear installation movable platform for the dismounting of different types of axle and gear.
• Special centering mechanism for the end of the piston rod.
• Mobile high-pressure oil injection system (Germany MAXIMATOR) is used for oiling dismounting of the gear wheel.
• Only one operator required to complete the whole pressing opeation.
• Siemens PLC and AdvanTech industrial computer to control the opeation.
• The machine is a new equipment (including all parts, components and accessories), and manufactured with new high-quality materials. The mechanical components used is a series of advanced, high quality, reliable and practical products, and conforms with relevant international standards.
• Metal components of equipment and instruments are rustproof and painted except machining surface and electroplating surface.
• All devices and meters are measured in accordance with the international system of units (SI) standards. The design, manufacture and tests of the equipment and meters conform to international industrial standards (ISO) and International Electrotechnical standards (IEC). The protection grade of all electrical components is not less than IP54.
