Application scope:
This hydraulic press machine is mainly used for the metal hot pressing and forming. The machine is controlled by buttons and display. It's provided with 3 control modes: adjustion, manual and self-automatic. The machine has good system rigidity, precision, life and reliability. It has strong specialty, novel structure, wide adaptability and high degree of automation. The machine is also applicable for other industrial applications.

Machine Features:

• The machine body is of Three-beam and Four column structure.
• The hydraulic press machine is mainly composed of upper beam (built-in main cylinder assembly), slider, working table(base), four pillars, hydraulic system and electrical control system, etc.
• The upper beam, slider and working table are connected together through the four columns and locking screw nuts. The working table (base) are fixed on the the ceramic foundation by the anchor bolts.
• It's provided with T-slots on the upper surface of the working table for placing and fixing the workpieces.
• The main cylinder and piston are made of 45 steel forging pieces and the main cylinder is installed in the top of the machine body.
• This series product has independent power mechanism and electrical system, and uses the button common control.
• The process action uses PLC control to achieve adjustment and semi-automatic operation mode.
• The working pressure, pressing speed and stroke range all can be adjusted as per process requirements.
• Siemens PLC and display to control and monitor the whole operation.
• The machine is a new equipment (including all parts, components and accessories), and manufactured with new high-quality materials. The mechanical components used is a series of advanced, high quality, reliable and practical products, and conforms with relevant international standards.
• Metal components of equipment and instruments are rustproof and painted except machining surface and electroplating surface.
• All devices and meters are measured in accordance with the international system of units (SI) standards. The design, manufacture and tests of the equipment and meters conform to international industrial standards (ISO) and International Electrotechnical standards (IEC). The protection grade of all electrical components is not less than IP54.
