Machine Features:

• It's a NC controlled level down type 3 roller plate rolling machine, Fully hydraulic drive.
• It can bend the metal sheet into cylindrical, arc and cone-shaped shells, and can meet the pre-bending, round rolling, circle correction, coiling and other process operations at the same time.
• The upper roll and two lower rolls are all main drive rolls. The upper roll can move up and down and the lower rolls can move horizontally.
• One-time feeding to complete the plate pre-bending and bending work.
• The machine is of reasonable design, adopt advanced and mature technology. The functions of each part meet the application requirements and have enough margin. The structure is simple and compact, and the layout of each functional part and auxiliary facilities is reasonable.
• The leveling and movement of the upper and lower rolls, the reset of the inverted head rack and the automatic adjustment are achieved by numerical control.
• The bending machine is equipped with a simple and reliable alignment device. (It's also applicable for hot rolling.)
• The machine has perfect self-locking and interlock protection functions, and has automatic power-off protection device to ensure the safety of operators and equipment.
• The operating system of the rolling machine has enough operation prompt, alarm display and fault reason display, so that the operator can quickly remove the fault.
• All motors, electrical components, bearings, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic components and other purchased parts and components are high-quality products of international or national famous brand products.
• All work rolls adopt self-aligning roller bearings.
• All work rolls are roll steel forgings, carried out overall quenching and tempering treatment. The hardness is HQ260~300.
• The machine frame and chassis are Q235B structure steel welded component, with sufficient strength and rigidity. The machine frame is carried out stress annealing relief treatment after welding.
