300 Tons Double Cylinder Wheelset Mounting Press Machine, Railway Wheel Assembly Machine

Application scope:
This 300 Tons Double Cylinder Wheel Mounting Press Machine is used for the mounting work of the wheelset wheels and axles for railway passenger cars and wagons. It can generate, record, save and print the pressing curves (Pressure vs displacement, pressure vs time). It's only required one operator to operate the wheel press.

Machine features:

• Overall gantry frame structure, with high strength, good rigidity and less deformation.
• Special patented elastic centring mechanism for center hole positioning.
• Double-end cylinder pressing, only need one positioning to proceed both side wheel mounting without reversal of the axle.
• Unique invention patented cylindrical ram for wheel mounting, with high pressing accuracy;
• Special patented centering mechanism. When positioning, the centre points into the center hole of the axle. When mounting, it will be retreated into the center hole and the end face of the centre will fit the end face of the axle.
• The movable trolley is only for wheelset transportation and will not engage in the mounting operation.
• Mounting the wheelset with a single positioning on the wheelset press;
• Automatic recording of mounting curve, radial and axial run-out and back pressure test of each mounted component.
• Siemens S7-300 PLC and Advantech Industrial computer to control the operation.
• Applicable to the wheelset with standard, narrow, meter and board gauge.
